Mission and Vission

• Students’ Assessment:-

Assessments were conducted in all the centers.

The objective was to help the children in preparing for their examination. Assessment has been conducted in all the Css centers. The teachers submitted the question papers of different subjects along with the answer guideline for their respective centers based on whatever is taught in the school and coaching center.

 

• Parents meetings:-

Parents meetings were held in different Css study Centers in order to ensure their involvement to ensure the retention of students in the school through implementation of the

 

Teacher

• Teachers training:-

Teachers’ trainings have been conducted on various issues like Bridge Course, English, Mathematics and the training of enrollment and survey for the teachers throughout the year.

 

• Transition:-

Transition from primary to upper primary classes was ensured for 100 students. Some students have joined in our Upper primary centres.

 

 

• Creating joyful teaching:-

Learning environment Objective of the training: To build up the capacity of the teachers regarding joyful learning. Some craft work was being implemented through this training. Some new areas of teaching through storytelling, writing skill and craft work have been explored.

 

• Religious:-

This year we have renovated the church in Balda Base area with the help of local donor.

 

• Developing worksheets Objective of the training:-

To ensure the making of the worksheets for MATHS and ENGLISH for the children as per school syllabus.

Outcome of the training:

Sample Worksheets have been prepared for language by the teachers according to Syllabus of the text books.

MATHS and English worksheets have been prepared for the whole year.
